Veeva Systems filed with U.S regulators to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering of its common stock on September 11, 2013. In a quarter of announcements showing continued market belief in cloud and CRM growth opportunities, the timing is good for Veeva. Particularly in the life sciences market, where many companies were early adopters of CRM and are now looking to upgrade or replace aging systems, Veeva’s cloud model has proven to be very attractive.
