Ceridian Dayforce ROI case study: ACCO Brands
To replace a human resource outsourcing (HRO) solution that left the employer without control over an error-prone HR process, ACCO Brands deployed Ceridian’s Dayforce HCM for payroll and to establish a human resource information system (HRIS). Following a smooth implementation of Dayforce HCM, ACCO Brands now pays a straight licensing fee in place of the considerable, additional cost of HRO. In turn, deployment of Dayforce HCM has decreased the employer’s payroll error rate to virtually nil, added much-needed automation to ACCO Brands’ compliance with tax law, and yielded significant savings in productivity through associated, drastic decreases in labor to fix errors.
