The eight hot and cold vendors of 2017
The hot software vendors are constantly adapting, offering new products and solutions to meet changing demand. Some vendors are innovating and adapting constantly to fend off the threat from smaller companies offering new and different products. Other legacy software vendors have not been so adaptive however, changing little and instead resting on their established market share. Such inaction will see them bleed customers as their technology becomes less and less competitive.
Nucleus compiled this list of vendors by analyzing customer feedback, ROI case studies, company announcements, and the Nucleus Value Matrix. Notable hot companies include Ceridian, Insightsoftware.com, Host Analytics, and Act-On.
Nucleus also compiled a list of cold companies that have failed to innovate and adapt. Notable cold companies include HubSpot, ADP, and SAS.
