Ramco Systems expands globally

Ramco Systems, based in India, offers a suite of applications for much of the enterprise, including human capital management (HCM) and is expanding globally. In analyzing users’ experience, Nucleus found them reporting gains in productivity. Some of these come from Ramco’s integration that connects payroll and other aspects of workforce management (WFM) with the general ledger (GL). Additional gains come from greater efficiencies within HCM itself. Nucleus sees Ramco as an emerging competitor to well-known providers of technology for HCM and the rest of the enterprise.
