ProsperWorks rebrands as Copper

ProsperWorks has rebranded itself as Copper in an effort to differentiate from other customer relationship management (CRM) vendors by adopting an increased focus on people and relationships. The Copper CRM is a cloud-based system, integrated to work inside of common third-party productivity tools like G-Suite and Dropbox, which enables users to update data from within the workflow and spend less time on routine tasks like searching contacts and entering data. Partnering with Google gives Copper the brand-association and technical support to do business with established, high-value customers, as well as the technology to upgrade product functionality. The CRM market is dominated by mature vendors offering comprehensive single-suite products. For a smaller company that can’t yet compete directly with major CRM players, Copper’s specialized offering and relationship with Google are the best available practices to ensure viability moving forward.
