Salesforce is introducing new productivity features for Sales Cloud users designed to streamline how sales people consume and share information. Although the new capabilities could cost Sales Cloud users 50 to 75 percent more or more per month (depending on current licensing and configuration), their impact on sales productivity in the key areas of prepping for new accounts, capturing data, staying current, and improving engagement will deliver rapid payback.
