McKinstry deployed the Adaptive Insights Business Planning Cloud to update its planning and forecasting capabilities. The company realized time savings and was able to incorporate each of its 37 subsidiaries into the budgeting process. Since implementing Adaptive Insights, McKinstry’s finance and executive employees have shifted their focus from data entry and report creation to scenario and balance sheet analysis. McKinstry now incorporates rolling forecasts into its strategic planning work and updates its budget every month to account for changing business environments.
