The Benefits of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud
Nonprofit organizations with limited resources face difficult challenges in fulfilling their missions because they also need to prove the effectiveness of their programs to donors. Through the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, organizations are able to access industry leading enterprise-level CRM technology while partnering with a vendor who shares a history of philanthropic ideals and values. Given these requirements, organizations chose Salesforce because of the flexibility and scalability that the prebuilt platform provided. Nucleus found that organizations using the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud were able to increase their productivity in such a way that allowed them to execute 20-30 percent more projects per year with the same number of staff members. On the high end, one organization was able to increase its delivered projects by 50 percent.
