2020 Outlook Assessment: Salesforce

New companies continue to notice the critical benefits associated with software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions during a work-from-home period. Reducing legacy system support costs is not the sole reason for migrating to software-based solutions as companies can increase productivity, increase efficiency, and create a 360-degree view of customers through CRM, customer service, marketing, analytics, and other solutions. Salesforce continues to demonstrate industry leadership in those core areas, providing customers with innovative solutions to grow business, embrace the cloud, and recapture lost profits due to the COVID-related shutdowns.
