HireVue acquires AllyO

HireVue, a provider of virtual interviews and assessments, recently announced its acquisition of recruiting and employee engagement chatbot vendor, AllyO. The move comes after an increased demand for recruitment solutions amid the heightened importance of candidate engagement and vast talent pools among industries. The merger of the two vendors is set to provide customers with a more comprehensive set of automated capabilities for recruiting. Nucleus found that deployment of automated solutions for recruiting can shorten the hiring process by up to 7 days, and expects that the acquisition will allow recruiters to save a significant amount of time in screening and scheduling processes and enable them to focus on finding best-fit candidates for specific positions.
