At the Workforce Software LATAM user conference, the company covered a number of new features as well as the product roadmap going forward specifically for the Latin American market. New improvements for the cloud solution are focused on improving productivity, driving engagement, leveraging insights, and simplifying compliance with consumer-grade user-experience (UX). The vendor’s 2021 trajectory is aimed at providing users with a KPI dashboard with advanced visualizations for data-driven decision making along with other significant improvements to the platform. These continuous upgrades will deliver significant benefits to the Latin American market at lower costs and with higher user adoptability. One organization that deployed WorkForce Software reported 94 percent in user adoptability reducing the employee learning curve.
