Tailohr simplifies global compliance for the SMB
Managing branches across international locations can become complex for organizations as they face unfamiliar local laws related to labor, absence, pay, and taxes. Many HR departments can struggle with the workload needed to remain compliant and would benefit from a solution with built-in compliance automation. HR software provider, Neeyamo, recently announced the launch of Tailohr, a global HR solution that targets organizations looking to use small teams to establish a presence in new countries. The solution provides in-depth knowledge of regulations for more than 60 countries, automated compliance procedures, third-party integration, and modular pricing. Nucleus expects that Tailohr will look to integrate with leaders in the HCM market space as a global compliance extension as it continues to gain further expertise in country regulations.
