Genesys and Zoom pair up to strengthen digital CX
On June 6th, Genesys, a customer experience and call center technology vendor, and Zoom Video Communications, announced an expansion of their partnership to provide deeper integration between Zoom Phone and Genesys Cloud CX. While customer interactions have evolved to take place in primarily digital spaces, customer service remains a critical aspect of the buying journey. Organizations with a high volume of inbound customer inquiries are tasked with responding to customer inquiries efficiently with highly personalized messaging. The partnership between Genesys and Zoom will provide additional value for Genesys Cloud CX customers by enabling greater collaboration amongst support agents and other customer focused departments, improving productivity and accelerating resolution time.
