Nucleus interviewed multiple Oracle NetSuite customers and found that the ERP solution enhances productivity, security, and compliance while reducing costs for SMBs. Reported benefits include a 10 percent reduction in headcount due to automated tasks and eliminated manual data entry. Operational costs were further reduced by retiring legacy solutions replaced by the SuiteCloud Platform. NetSuite serves a range of industries, delivering an end-to-end SMB-focused ERP platform differentiated by scalability, accounting functionality, and compliance certifications. Nucleus expects that current economic uncertainty will lead to increased adoption of NetSuite as SMBs prioritize the speed and returns of their technology investments.
