BambooHR benefit case study: Consumer Goods
Nucleus examined a consumer goods organization’s deployment of BambooHR and found that the organization was able to reduce time spent on critical HR functions by 96 percent. Leveraging the time savings achieved from the platform, the organization was also able to avoid investing in two additional FTEs, translating to more than $120,000 in annual savings. The organization previously relied on a siloed solution in conjunction with manual processes to manage daily operations. After experiencing a period of rapid growth that was unsustainable for the HR manager, the organization either needed to expand investments in previous processes or search for a new solution that could better manage its needs.
