Ceridian benefit case study: Design and Manufacturing

Nucleus analyzed a design organization’s deployment of Ceridian Dayforce and found that it was able to reduce the amount of time needed to onboard an employee by 87 percent. The customer was previously relying on paper and manual HR processes, and experienced aggressive sales growth that required it to significantly increase headcount to meet demand. Upon its implementation of Dayforce, the organization grew its staff by 188 percent in two years by adding efficiency to existing processes while avoiding additional HR hires to manage the volume increase.
