C3 enters the generative AI race

On January 31st, 2023, C3 AI announced the launch of the C3 Generative AI Product Suite with the release of its first product, C3 Generative AI for Enterprise Search, providing a natural language interface for rapid data retrieval and presentation across an enterprise’s information systems. Expected customer impact includes expedited data access and retrieval, reduced operational costs, and accelerated digital transformation for customers of the vendor’s suite. The announcement adds generative AI functionality to C3 AI’s suite of out-of-the-box, industry specific tools, making the vendor a one-stop-shop for organization-wide AI initiatives. Moving ahead, Nucleus expects C3 AI’s suite to deliver additional tangible benefits, especially in the context of burgeoning generative AI use-cases in enterprise contexts.
