Organizations interviewed reported that the vendor’s accelerated implementation timelines, scalability, and strong vendor-customer relationships were the primary drivers behind the decision. Nucleus found that the adoption of servicePath enabled these organizations to expedite quote preparation by up to 80 percent, translating to an increase in employee productivity by an average of 42 percent.
