Blue Yonder enters binding agreement to acquire One Network

In March 2024, Blue Yonder announced its plans to enter into an agreement to acquire software vendor One Network Enterprises, subject to closing conditions and approvals. Nucleus has identified the main investment drivers for Blue Yonder as enhancing AI functionality, adopting a multi-enterprise, multi-tiered approach, expanding its offerings into the government sector, and rounding out supply chain capabilities with ocean freight modeling and asset and claims management functionality. Blue Yonder customers will have access to improved AI tools to optimize multi-tiered supply chains, a broader network of partners, new functionality to increase productivity, and government sector capabilities.
