A food manufacturer implemented UKG Pro following the discontinuation of its legacy HCM system. Previously filling in functionality gaps with standalone tools for things like recruiting and benefits administration, the organization required a modern, cloud-based solution that could consolidate critical HR processes within a single suite and add consistency to operations across its several locations. Upon the deployment of UKG Pro, the organization consolidated six disparate HR tools, resulting in cost savings of more than $600,000 annually. Additionally, Nucleus found that payroll functionality through UKG Pro enabled the organization to save each member of its payroll team more than ten hours per pay period, translating to an annual benefit of approximately $168,000. In addition to quantified benefits, leaders cited the deep partnership between the company and UKG as a primary driving factor behind the continued success of the deployment.
