Nucleus interviewed Creatio customers to assess the factors that lead them to implement Creatio over other competitors in the CRM market. Users reported selection components including reduced total cost of ownership (TCO), faster time-to-value (TTV), and strong integration capabilities. Nucleus found that these attributes translate to benefits including a 37 percent reduction in technology costs, a 70 percent reduction in implementation timelines, a 61 percent reduction in lead response time, and a 17 percent reduction in manual data entry for sales teams. Users also noted significant improvements to their ability to be agile in response to changing market conditions and their capacity for continuous improvement initiatives.
