Sofia Halbisen is a Research Analyst at Nucleus Research with a background in market research and organizational development. She has experience working with high-tech CXOs to identify gaps and recommend best-fit solutions across a range of industries. Sofia holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Educational Leadership, with a focus on instructional design and organizational strategy. Outside of work, she enjoys mentoring emerging professionals, practicing yoga, and exploring new places through travel.
