Clarksville Montgomery County School achieves 78% ROI With Kronos Workforce Timekeeper

The Clarksville Montgomery School system located in Clarksville, TN, operates 36 schools ranging from the elementary level up through middle college. The system has had an annual increase of 500 students per year over the last three years recently opening two new schools; West Creek High School and Rossview Elementary School in the fall of 2009.

With the steady growth of the county’s student population, the school system had encountered increasing difficulty in administering payroll. Paper timesheets were filled out manually and required multiple steps in the approval process before being individually keyed into the school’s payroll system at the Clarksville headquarters.
