Customers Realize Significant ROI from Salesforce.com Implementations, but Many Looking Elsewhere for Greater Value Beyond Low Costs

The study, published today and titled, “Investigating the ROI from Salesforce.com,” found that most companies had achieved a positive ROI from Salesforce.com by replacing a paper-based or individual contact management solution, and few had deployed to more than 500 users.
