2020 Outlook Assessment – Box
Nucleus analysts have been following Box since 2014 and continue to see strong adoption rates and a positive ROI when examining customer deployments. The ease of use along with functionality, most notably, security with Box Shield and most recently malware detection, has kept Box ahead of its competition. The recent COVID-19 development has only increased the use of Box, both by teams that have already deployed Box and teams that have recently turned to Box for a solution. Nucleus expects this uptick in usage to remain strong as more users become comfortable with Box and its capabilities.
