The BoxWorks 2019 user conference introduced enhancements to Box Relay and the rollout of Box Shield, as well as upgrades and improvements to the solution’s collaboration and integration capabilities. Box continued its commitment to supporting the customer experience by focusing on enhancements designed to facilitate user skills and efficiencies. Those improvements were aligned with Box’s three principles underpinning content management and collaboration: frictionless security and compliance, automated external and internal automation collaboration, and an open platform with increased integrations.
