Blackbaud ROI case study: StarCare Specialty Health System

StarCare Specialty Health System deployed Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT to refresh its accounting software, replacing an aged, unsupported legacy solution.  With Blackbaud, the organization’s fiscal team could more easily prepare for audits and perform account reconciliations as well as produce reports and key information for frontline managers.  Additionally, the StarCare fiscal team was able to reduce its reliance on technical staff in the IT department for daily reporting and maintenance.  During this transition StarCare also took the opportunity to fix an outdated chart of accounts and clean up internal monthly processes allowing the department to operate more efficiently and reduce staffing needs.
