Buying intentions survey: CRM

As vendors continue to innovate across the core pillars of customer relationship management (CRM), Nucleus finds CRM customers will increase spending by 22 percent in 2016. Nucleus’s 2016 Buying Intentions Survey finds growing investment in CRM and CRM ecosystem applications, driven by relatively low switching costs for cloud and the need to replace aging systems with limited integration capabilities.
