Ceridian ROI Case Study – Financial Institution
A foundation of 43 individual entities deployed Ceridian Dayforce to modernize its human capital management capabilities from its previous Ceridian HPW solution. The company realized time savings from a number of HR tasks, including benefits, tax, and time off related paperwork. With 43 separate legal entities making up the foundation, the implementation team wanted a solution that was able to both cover the entirety of the foundation’s needs and offer a fast implementation. Because Ceridian was able to quickly implement across all of the different entities, the entire implementation cost was kept down, delivering a positive return on investment as the foundation moved from a legacy Ceridian solution to a new offering.
