Cornerstone adds Skills Graph to offerings

As succession proves to be more cost-effective than recruiting, vendors with talent management capabilities are responding to organizational needs pertaining to employee upskilling and reskilling. Cornerstone OnDemand has recently announced the availability of the Cornerstone Skills Graph, leveraging its acquisition of skill engine provider, Clustree. The solution will help organizations identify current employee skillsets, determine skills and certifications that will be critical going forward, and recommend appropriate learning paths. Nucleus expects other vendors in the learning and development space to follow suit with new solutions for skill identification or add new functionality to existing systems.
