With its 8.3 release, Creatio introduced a major expansion of its platform through the launch of embedded AI agents, called Twins. Twins are designed to support specific roles across sales, marketing, and service by executing tasks like lead qualification, campaign generation, and case resolution within existing CRM workflows. As organizations continue to evaluate how AI can drive efficiency without disrupting day-to-day operations, the demand for solutions that deliver targeted, process-aligned automation is growing. Creatio’s approach centers on embedding agents directly into the platform’s architecture, allowing them to operate within defined workflows, enterprise data models, and user permissions. Unlike generic AI copilots, Twins are grounded in business logic and tailored to execute structured tasks with clarity and control. This enables users to interact with agents using natural language while maintaining process integrity and governance.
