CSC satisfaction survey 2022

Nucleus surveyed 171 intermediate content management users on their level of satisfaction with their current solution and found that 45 percent would switch to another content services and collaboration (CSC) solution if given the opportunity. Value perception has remained stagnant over the past few years, and leading vendors in the space have caught up with each other on baseline functionality. This, combined with low barriers to adoption, mean many customers are willing to consider switching solutions, putting increased pressure on leaders trying to maintain market share. Collaboration and automation were reported as primary drivers of continued value, highlighting the cruciality of investment in such areas to enable vendors to distinguish themselves and capture new business.
