E2open expands global partner network with BluJay

E2open recently announced the completion of its acquisition of logistics management vendor, BluJay Solutions, initiated earlier this year in May. This move is part of E2open’s ongoing plan to expand its partnership ecosystem and provide a more comprehensive solution to its customers. The acquisition grows E2open’s global trading partner network by 25 percent, increasing the visibility for existing participants within the ecosystem with more contextual data. As E2open integrates BluJay’s technology, customers will benefit from logistics management enhancements, such as enterprise-class TMS solutions for shippers, LSP’s, forwarders, workflow automation, compliance management, parcel, and final mile capabilities.
