Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Sales & Services Company, LLC (CCBSS) realized a 49 percent ROI with a payback period of 2.4 years after transitioning its Genesys PureConnect deployment into the cloud to consolidate and modernize two contact centers. By migrating to Genesys Cloud CX, CCBSS was able to scale while increasing agent productivity through frequent functionality updates. Nucleus found that upon migration to Genesys Cloud CX, the organization was able to achieve headcount savings of approximately $950,000 due to productivity gains.
