Oviva achieved a 301 percent ROI upon implementing HiBob and recovered its initial investment in the software less than five months after deployment. The private healthcare company was previously using a lightweight HCM platform that didn’t offer the functionality necessary to scale with its global growth. Nucleus found that upon deploying HiBob, Oviva was able to avoid additional administrative hires, increase new hire onboarding productivity, improve employee engagement, and reduce employee turnover by 10.5 percent. Adding the vendor’s compensation module also enabled the organization to save more than £63,000 in the first year of its use due to improved budget allocation.
