Human potential leads at Inforum 2018

The theme of Inforum 2018 was “human potential”. Going off this theme, human capital management (HCM) was at the center of everyone’s conversations. These conversations were not limited to the value of the Infor HCM suite, but included how organizations could use it in tandem with other Infor offerings to achieve even greater ROI. Infor presentations focused on how customers are using the HCM suite to help drive down turnover, improve onboarding and productivity, all from the data the organizations were already generating. Nucleus spoke with two former Lawson customers, both public entities, to find out how customers are making the switch from on-premise to cloud deployments, and what is driving, and holding back, these decisions.
