IBM pulls together a business integration suite

IBM is channeling significant resources toward the business process integration market. In the long run, CIOs will gain better options for integrating business systems and automating processes, but should keep in mind that IBM has yet to truly integrate its broad product integration product line. CIOs should recognize the growing competitive in this marketplace and pressure vendors on technology, pricing, and consulting.
