Nucleus analysts attended the 2024 Infor Velocity Summit in Las Vegas, where the vendor showcased its October 2024 updates and roadmap for its products, enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management system (WMS), and supply chain planning (SCP): ERP customers can expect new features such as process mining functionality, a Mobile interface called Factory Talk, sustainability strategy planning capabilities, and an integration for manufacturing execution systems (MES) for protein manufacturing. Infor also plans to roll out demand forecasting and sensing capabilities for SCP to expand its existing planning capabilities. WMS customers can expect new billing revenue, product location optimization, and generative AI capabilities for creating warehouse facility review reports. Nucleus believes these updates and announcements will drive tangible ROI for customers through improved forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
