Information Builders unveils WebFOCUS Infographics

Information Builders announced an upgrade to its WebFOCUS business intelligence (BI) and analytics platform with WebFOCUS Infographics. With Infographics, users can create and automatically deliver customized data visualizations without code or technical expertise. The tool facilitates data storytelling for a modern BI strategy and increases user productivity by enabling the automation of repeatable tasks like sharing a graphic via e-mail. Competitors like Microsoft and Tableau have had comparable visualization systems available in recent years, so with this update Information Builders looks to expand platform functionality to better compete with leading BI vendors.
