iPaaS returns $3.36 per dollar invested

Nucleus examined ROI case study data for integration platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) technologies conducted from January 2020 to the present day and found that customers’ investments in iPaaS technologies returned $3.36 per dollar spent on average with an average payback period of seven months. In addition to the directly quantifiable benefits of time savings from low/no-code capabilities and avoided development costs building and maintaining integrations on a custom basis, iPaaS platforms contribute towards unifying data from disparate systems and IT locations to create a single source of truth and enable cross-departmental analytics and automation. Common benefits identified include reduced development and IT costs, increased user productivity from automating manual tasks and leveraging low/no-code interface, and increased business agility enabled by having a modern data architecture.
