IronNet Cybersecurity Inc. will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange following a merger with LGL Systems Acquisition Corp. IronNet’s Collect Defense solution leverages network behavioral analysis to identify malware, ransomware, and other cyber threats targeting organizations and facilitates anonymous real-time cyber-attack intelligence and cyber threat data sharing across a community of organizations. The merger results in a transfer of $136.7 million to IronNet from an LGL trust account and a private investment in a public equity transaction. The market consensus suggests that IronNet will experience revenue growth because of the merger and due to its historical growth and increased investments in sales and marketing staff.
