JDA refreshes vision at ICON 2019

At JDA ICON 2019, JDA Software outlined its vision for the autonomous supply chain and how it’s bringing technology to the market to realize that for customers. Representing a significant shift from the messaging and mood of the same conference a year ago, JDA’s acquisition of Blue Yonder has propelled artificial intelligence and machine learning to the forefront of nearly every conversation (Nucleus Research S107 – JDA to buy Blue Yonder to extend AI, July 2018). The vendor focused on facilitating planning from end-to-end, real-time execution, and modern retail capabilities for its customers. JDA is also opening its platform to customers and partners to allow greater extensibility and easier leveraging of the services its technology stack provides.
