Kapta benefit case study: Supply Chain and Logistics Organization

Nucleus interviewed a Kapta customer in the supply chain and logistics industry to understand the operational benefits delivered by the account management platform. Upon deployment of Kapta, the organization leveraged the vendor’s Account Health Scoring to achieve an increase in revenue per account by 22 percent, while also improving annual customer retention by seven percent. In addition, the organization experienced a 64 percent reduction in technology costs by replacing existing account management software with Kapta.
