In early Q2 2025, Kinaxis brought together customers, product leaders, and partners in Austin, Texas, for Kinexions 2025. Key announcements included a new data infrastructure partnership with Databricks to strengthen the Maestro data fabric and enable more scalable, high-quality planning insights. Kinaxis introduced its Multi-Agent Framework, allowing users to create AI agents to interact with operational data through natural language. The software vendor also launched a partnership with Infor to serve discrete manufacturers through a pre-integrated ERP and supply chain planning stack. The core value of these announcements lies in reducing planners’ reliance on IT, enabling them to interact directly with data, automate routine decisions, and build tailored AI agents, helping increase planning efficiency and organizational responsiveness.
