Looker builds momentum into 2021

Looker is a cloud-based business intelligence (BI) platform that centralizes data from various data sources and performs real-time data analytics with customizable reports and dashboards. Both SMEs and large enterprises noted that Looker has enabled time savings when creating various data visualizations, eliminating data silos, and offering pre-built code blocks. Customers have also highlighted that the platform delivered additional benefits with increases in user accuracy and compliance with Looker’s custom-made coding language, LookML, and its formatting tools that unify multiple user’s coding syntaxes. In just this year, Looker has released 10 major updates to its platform, and it has added with each update either new features or new integrated support for other platforms. Going into next year, it appears that Looker will continue to fully utilize backing from Google and its partner network to deliver roadmap items faster and expand its footprint in the enterprise.
