Overcoming complexity with Zoho CRM

With organizations across all industries expressing a growing desire for flexible and extended capabilities, vendors are tasked with providing more sophisticated functionality that remains intuitive and low-friction. One of the largest roadblocks to maximizing the benefits of CRM implementation is poor user adoption. Nucleus recently interviewed multiple Zoho CRM and Zoho One customers to assess how they successfully implemented highly customized solutions while maintaining simplicity and easily adoptable workflows. Nucleus found users that utilized Zoho to automate complex workflows experienced productivity gains of up to 50 percent, and increased conversion rates by more than 20 percent by leveraging high-level data integration across multiple applications.
