PayActiv reduces employee stress
In a recent survey of more than 200 hourly workers, Nucleus found that 70 percent of respondents would leave their current employer for one that offers on-demand pay, with 40 percent having taken out payday loans to cover expenses between paychecks. When interviewing customers of on-demand pay provider, PayActiv, Nucleus found that one organization was able to eliminate turnover caused by the inability to afford transportation upon deployment. From an ROI standpoint, Nucleus believes that the benefits of PayActiv’s no cost solution and lack of impact to an organization’s payroll operations leaves little reason to not implement the solution.
