Paycom takes self-service to the next level

In July 2021, Paycom announced the launch of Beti, a product that extends the vendor’s employee self-service capabilities into payroll. The solution serves as a complement to an organization’s Paycom deployment, with existing self-service for time and attendance, benefits enrollment, expenses, and time-off requests. Nucleus found that leveraging solutions for employee self-service across HR can reduce administrative costs by more than 60 percent. Providing employees with self-service coverage for payroll will enable Paycom customers to reduce strain on existing payroll staff while offering greater visibility to employees and improving payroll accuracy. The vendor’s introduction of Beti puts it ahead of the curve in advanced payroll capabilities and will allow it to remain competitive among other full-suite HCM providers.
