Paycor Acquires Talenya

Nucleus found that automated sourcing capabilities can accelerate time-to-hire by an average of 20 percent, making it an increasingly critical aspect of talent acquisition deployment. Paycor, a provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) software, recently announced its acquisition of AI-powered recruiting platform, Talenya, bringing the vendor’s Talent AI functionality into the Paycor suite through an integrated solution and enabling customers to add efficiency to sourcing processes and reduce time-to-fill. As organizations look to cut costs amid economic uncertainty, they must identify functionality gaps in current technology and discern what tools deliver quantifiable value. Nucleus expects Paycor’s acquisition of Talenya to help it remain competitive amid increased mergers and acquisitions in the talent acquisition and HCM markets.
