Nucleus interviewed customers utilizing a variety of different Project Management solutions to analyze the benefits of deploying these products and found that users can optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and take on more projects without adding additional staff. Nucleus found organizations who implement project management solutions can cut errors by an average of 30 percent, with some organizations eliminating errors by as much as 90 percent. Additionally, PM solutions can help organizations increase project load by an average of 15 percent without needing to hire additional staff as a result of making processes more efficient and improving visibility into tasks and deadlines.
